Over the years, I’ve discovered that the key to true health, well-being, and joy lies in understanding ourselves and our bodies; making informed choices, tapping into our intuition, and embracing the power of change.

My greatest realization has been how much I’ve learned about my body—things I never knew about food, hormones, and the incredible ability we have to influence our health. This newfound knowledge has not only transformed my eating habits but has also shifted how I approach life, allowing me to make choices that truly serve my well-being.

Through my personal journey, I’ve learned that intermittent fasting is not just about when we eat, but how we can align our eating patterns with our body’s natural rhythms. This has empowered me to break free from rigid meal schedules and outdated beliefs about food. Now, I make choices that resonate with my body’s needs, allowing me to eat more intuitively and flexibly. The changes in my lifestyle have been profound, and it’s amazing how discussions about health, food, and the body naturally weave into my everyday conversations. What excites me most is seeing how my experience inspires others—I’ve noticed that people are drawn to these topics and seek out my advice, whether it’s about fasting, exercise, or healthy living. Women want to be empowered to make beneficial choices for their life.

As I’ve embraced this role, I’ve become a leader in the fasting lifestyle, guiding women to realize that they too have the power to change their bodies and lives. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing friends and clients make positive changes in their health simply by incorporating a few tips I’ve shared or working with me for extended periods of time. It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone take control of their health and experience real results. I’m committed to leading by example and helping others navigate through the often outdated and conflicting information about food and health.
